Since switching our computer tech support to World Tech Management Solutions, we have not had to worry about any computer malfunctions, software problems, etc… For example, while setting up software to do direct deposits we ran into a problem getting the software to install on our system.  I called Jeremy Baxter and he remotely took over my computer and worked with the software tech support to take care of the problem in a very short time.  I cannot stress enough how important it is to us to have computer support that is there any time and every time we need them.  If you want reliable, friendly, accessible computer support this is the company to go with.

I am in residential real estate and my computer and phone are crucial to my business success. I pride myself on being prompt in all that I do. My computer was running slow, so I did the usual shutting it down and re-booting thinking that I had solved the problem. They offered on-site computer support or if I was comfortable letting them access my computer remotely. If they needed to clean it up it would be done at my convenience and when I was not on using it. OMG... the problems that he found were down right scary!
